Dear Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism. The Irish Family History Foundation had used public funding to establish their genealogy search website. They now have exclusive rights to some of Ireland's most important records and wont allow these to be shared with the nation of Ireland without using their own profit making facility which has a on-line search facility designed to make a huge profit with impossible search criteria for those doing general searching for their ancestors. These records need to be opened to the people of Ireland so they can freely accessible to all of us which we have a right to. Regards The People of Ireland
